Protocol for Arrivals in Greece

Beginning July 1, 2020, the Greek government has determined how the country will welcome travellers, carry out the necessary diagnostic screening and keep everyone safe throughout the season.

The Passenger Locator Form (PLF) is a key element in the planning. All travellers are obliged to complete their PLF at least 48 hours before entering the country, providing detailed information on their point of departure, the duration of previous stays in other countries, and the address of your stay while in Greece.

At Apartments Christaras our priority is the health and safety of our guests.We are carefully following the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic and are applying the Government’s recommendations as announced on 14.03.2020 , all seasonal hotel openings will be postponed until June 15, 2020, in order to combat the spread of the virus.  Apartments Christaras is fully complying with this measure, taking all responsible necessary actions prescribed.

We understand that our delayed opening may cause disappointment for those due to stay with us this April ,May and first half of June and we invite you to arrange your new travel dates by contacting us.If do not yet have new dates in mind, we will provide you a voucher*  to the value of your deposit, further increased by 15%, which can be redeemed by the end of 2022.The guests have the possibility to ask for a full refund if, eventually, they do not make use of the voucher in 18 months from the issue date.

*the latest legislation by the greek state, as well as other eu countries, (government gazette number 84/13/04/2020) directs businesses in the travel industry to issue a 18_month voucher instead of extending an immediate refund.
